What's in the frame
- Your medal and ribbon, stitched in by hand so it never moves
- Your race bib, held flat with acid-free fixings
- Your race photo, bring us a printed photo and we'll fit it in its own window
- The Dublin skyline and race lettering, drawn into the mount on our Valiani, with your name and finish time if you like
How it works
Order online, then drop your medal, bib and printed photo in to our studio at 3A Seafort Avenue, Sandymount, or post them to us and we'll email you how to send them safely. We confirm the wording with you before anything is cut, and let you know when your frame is ready.
Made in a black frame, by hand in our workshop in Sandymount, Dublin 4.
Delivery: collect free from our Sandymount studio, free hand delivery within 10 km, or €19.99 post and packing anywhere in Ireland.
Phoenix Framers is an independent framing studio and is not connected with the organisers of Dublin Marathon. Event names are used only to describe the medal being framed.

Your name, finish time and race year. We confirm the wording with you before anything is cut.

Drop it into the studio in Sandymount, or post it and we'll send you the details.

We cut the mount around your medal, frame it and let you know when it's ready to collect.

Dublin Marathon medal frames: your questions
Do I need to send you my Dublin Marathon medal?
Yes. We frame your own medal, ribbon and bib, so the finished piece is the real thing. Drop them into our studio at 3A Seafort Avenue, Sandymount, or choose 'Post it to us' and we'll email you how to send them safely.
Can you frame a Dublin Marathon medal from another year?
Yes. Choose 'Another year' in the Race year list and type the year, and we'll match the lettering on the mount. If you're not sure your medal will fit the layout, send us a photo and we'll advise.
Can I add my race bib and a photo?
Yes. Choose 'Medal + bib' or 'Medal, bib + photo'. Bring your bib in with the medal. For the photo, bring a print or email us the file and we'll check it before framing.
What is written on the mount?
Your name, finish time, the race and the year, written directly onto the mount by our Valiani mount cutter. Leave the name and time blank if you'd prefer just the race and year. We confirm the wording with you before cutting.
How long does it take?
We'll confirm a ready date when your medal arrives at the studio, and let you know as soon as it's ready to collect.
